At Church of the Atonement, you have freedom to ask questions – In fact the expectation is that when you come, you will have questions.  Part of our commitment is to help people search out the answers.  To do that we use the Bible as our unfailing guide to life and the knowledge of God.

Here is a fact that may surprise you.  Close to 90% of people who become members of our church do not come to us as members of another church!   There are many new or newer Christians in our church as well as mature saints.  Every Sunday people honor us by coming, who are not Christians but are considering the claims of Christ.

Here you will see people from over twenty different nations of origin finding such common ground in Christ that they truly care for each other as brothers and sisters. 

If you come with children looking for ministry to your family, you will be relieved to know children’s and youth ministries at Atonement are actively supported by a large number of  volunteers and well led by four staff members.

Here is another fact to consider.  Two-thirds of our first time visitors come to church by themselves.  Most are not married; a number are, but their spouses do not attend with them.  The New Testament has much to say about the calling of single adulthood in Christ, beginning with Jesus himself.
